Updating code for preCICE 2.X

preCICE has been released in version 2.X in the beginning of the year. This introduced slight changes in the API and the configuration files. The code currently uses preCICE version 1.X. Thus we should upgrade at some point in time. This change only affects the adapter and the preCICE configuration file.
