Show branch names on patchnotes page

### Feature Description

When showing all builds on patchnotes page all non-public builds are marked as just "non-public", which is not convenient and confusing. Also, non-public (default), but also not pass protected braches should be better colored, since red makes it to look like they're unavailable like password protected ones.
