[BUG] Cant scroll on the "error occurred" window

Bug Report Description

While testing a plugin (TabMaster), it caused an error to to a new filter which triggered the Decky error window. Normally the window would be full screen but in this case (or for smaller aspect ratios) I couldn't reach far enough down the screen to be able to scroll through the error and component stack. (Image attached)

Expected Behaviour

Is it possible to add a scroll bar to the error window starting from the top? Scroll input is currently only sllowed below the lowest button on the window.
