[BUG] Unable to install Decky Loader

Bug Report Description

When I try to run the installer from either the GitHub page or Decky site, I keep getting the following error:

curl: (35) TLS connect error: error:0A00038:SSL routines::reason(1000) Something went wrong, please report this if it is a bug

Expected Behaviour

Should lead to asking for sudo password and then to install options
