Make host name in help doc configurable #51
Description
The examples in the help doc use the URL https://start.steeltoe.io/api.
The URL should be configurable so that it can match the actual API endpoint if required. Auto-detection of the URL is not useful in practice since the API server will likely be fronted ended by a some variant of an HTTP router.
