readme - cannot find (copyrights, credits, licenses, references)

I would like to read about copyrights of make and use screenshots, videos, etc. I find it everywhere this: "The README file in the program folder contains all known credits, references and special licenses for images and data.". But my Stellarium folder does not contain readme, only in landscapes directory. I searched in the web, without result.
Stellarium 0.21.0
Where can I read it?

So, I dont want to waste your time. As I wrote earlier, probably will be enough the users guide references and the github folder.
If not, I'll apply anyway... :)

Hmm... probably we have bug in scripts for Windows installer :( I'll check it, thanks for report!

I downloaded the 0.21.2 and it is same. Stellarium folder does not contain readme file.
