How to start and keep Stellarium in windowed mode?

I am trying to start Stellarium (25.3) in windowed mode when I open it. So with normal Windows minimize, maximize and close button.
But no matter what I do, Stellarium always starts in full screen again and can't use my Windows taskbar?
I have to each time hit F11 now, resize the window (also to get the normal Windows buttons on top) and only then I can use my other opened apps and/or use my Windows taskbar.
Normally a program remembers its last size and position but Stellarium seems to ignore that?

Didn't cross my mind that's a specific Stellarium setting and not a Windows one.
