Rise and set times for Moon and Sun are affected by scaling

I just noticed that calculated times for the rising and setting of the Moon and Sun (which are calculated by their upper limbs) are affected by their scaling. There should be some kind of bypass so that scaling is not taken into account.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select Sun
2. Set scale e.g. 4x
3. Visit AstroCalc RTS, calculate for a month
4. Disable scaling for Sun
5. Re-visit AstroCalc RTS, calculate for a month

Rising and setting times now differ. The same happens for the Moon, but not for planets. Interestingly, the infostring is not affected.

This is a bit funny indeed. The problem is, what to show on screen when commanding "sunrise". It is defined as "upper limb crossing horizon". This is what should then be shown visually. We cannot set the correct time with a scaled sun and expect no complaints either.

We can note somewhere that when you need numbers (writing out an almanach by script), you should set scale=1 everywhere.

Indeed that should be noted if it's not easily fixable.

AstroCalc should give factual information verifiable in real life, not something that enables a nice but wrong picture.

AstroCalc should ignore artificial scaling of Solar system objects when calculating RTS times IMHO.

If we agree on this, fine. (Then I wonder why it looks like this now...) If there ever was a reason for the current behaviour (Planetarium view?), yet another config flag for the effect of it might be advisable.
I scheduled this for 26.2 as we still have a lot to do for 26.1.
