change() on an input doesn't call fire @oninput

I'm calling Change on a HtmlNode, which has an @oninput event handle - which never happens

I managed to work around this without breaking my functionality

I changed @bind="@myValue @oninput="MyMethod" to @bind-value="@myValue" @onchange="MyMethod" @bind-value:event="oninput"
