New infrastructure:

• Store only positive definite indivisible integral genera ("reduced" genera);
• New file name: rank.signature.determinant.level.type.genus_symbol/lattices.txt;
• Each genus is stored as a folder whose name consists of the canonical symbols at all primes dividing the determinant (require implementation canonical 2-adic symbols).

Plan for the saving/loading:

• Give the possibility to input parity, rank, determinant or level, to load only parts of the database;
• When saving a new genus, save the associated reduced genus;
• When loading a genus, load the associated reduced genus by rescaling all the lattices accordingly.

To be fixed:

• Remove the parasitic parenthesis in the saving of automorphism_group_order;
• Update the current database to follow the new infrastructure;
• Update parsing.jl to follow the new saving/loading scheme.
