Support for LTI OIDC Login with Clientside postMessages #9

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the oidc state is not stored on the client due to limitations with cookies in iframes, the following LTI spec proposal seeks to solve this problem.

Follow the proposed spec when its ready to implement support for this new flow.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Considered not supporting browsers (currently only Safari) however that is not fair to the end users and other browsers may follow this pattern in the future.
