add possibility to set different strategies per driver

I as a user want to have to option to define different strategies that a driver can use with different fuel consumptions and lap times.
An example would be fuel saving vs flat out pushing. flat out doesnt go that far, but fuel saving is slower.
Which one is prefferable depends on the situation. It would be awesome if it was possible to try different scenarios with this.
