Remove ARCHITECTURE.md and consolidate info into README.md

- Remove ARCHITECTURE.md file as requested
- Remove link to ARCHITECTURE.md from README.md
- Add "Stack Components" section to README.md with descriptions of all services
- Update Core Components feature to mention FUXA and Telegraf
- Update port list to include FUXA (1881) and Telegraf (514/udp)
- Update deployment options to list FUXA and Telegraf in IoT/SCADA stack
