USER ISSUE: Barge too floaty #25712

Version: 0.12.0.4 beta release-946
Steps to Reproduce:
- Spawn wooden barge in water with 3+ blocks depth
- Close ramps if opened
- Move barge around
- (Optional) Open ramps
- (Optional) Approach shore with blocks at depth 1-2 below surface
Expected behavior:
Barge is submerged to a level around a wet line on its texture, opened ramps touch ground.
Actual behavior:
Barge barely touches water, ramps are above ground - can't load carts. (image attached)
Approaching shore can result in barge sinking 1-2 blocks and become stuck in the sand below. (image attached)

No mods, created new world to test.
