Tech Issue UI gets broken until game crashes in Main Menu

Since i started a new local game with no cooperation settings, at a moment the game UI gets broken like nothing can be interacted or pressed, then the game goes into entire freeze and after a total white screen i find myself in Main Menu. Sometimes after i sleep this flow or repro is triggered, other times just while mining or gathering things.
