About:
I made a plugin for HammerAddons that changes the skin of a door when it is opened and closed. There is also a new isdirty key that works just like in Portal: Revolution.

Left - isdirty = 0
Right - isdirty = 1
Installation:
0118-p_tc_d-plugin_hammeraddons
Everything should look like this:
= prop_testchamber_door:
You'll find this:
isdirty(boolean) : “[HA] Dirty” : 0 : ”Whether this is a dirty door. Requires new model!!!”
under the skin keyIt's supposed to look like this:
In the Hammer Editor, it should look like this:
