Render all values with their sources

Things to consider:

1. This would probably take some time, so it might also be good to look at doing this in the background too.
2. Filter so it only logs those in a certain section
3. Filter to it ignores items that only occur in a certain provider (e.g. Environment Variable Provider is likely to contain many values the application is uninterested in, so if a value only appears there it is filtered out)
4. By default logs in compact mode.
