running scripts is disabled on system

Running through the installation process I hit this error:

.\psperl.ps1 -Setup
.\psperl.ps1 : File C:\git\strawberry\_psperl\psperl.ps1 cannot be loaded because running scripts is disabled on this
system. For more information, see about_Execution_Policies at https:/go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=135170.

    + CategoryInfo          : SecurityError: (:) [], PSSecurityException
    + FullyQualifiedErrorId : UnauthorizedAccess

Running this command allowed things to proceed.

Set-ExecutionPolicy -ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned -Scope CurrentUser

Might be worth adding a note to the installation steps.

(I have not checked if it persists after reboot, but it all works in new shells within this session).
