Window state and title bar color

Stremio doesn't remember its window state.
Tested on the latest 5.0.15 release too.
Stremio should remember the window state, if we close Stremio maximized, it should open maximized.
Zaarrg's community edition supports it and it remembers the state of the window.

Also if anyone is interested there is no reason to have the window title bar color to white on windows 11.
Windows 11 supports setting the window title bar in any color we want, for example it could be changed to purple to fit stremio's interface.
It can changed with DWMAPI's DwmSetWindowAttribute.
