Proposal: Inbox sidebar like ChannelDM

This is only a proposal for a new plugin.

IMHO jumping between channels to find a new message or scrolling a huge server list is no go, so the inbox button in the top right is very useful but I would like to have the inbox popup/sidebar opened 24/7.
