Fresh install, click on Setup Bitbucket and get "The page you have requested does not exist"

Looks like the url is doubling up. It tries to redirect to

http://myhost.com/ext/bitbucket/myhost.com/ext/bitbucket/oauth/callback/?oauth_verifier=xxxxxx&oauth_token=xxxxxxxxx
