Soft issue and some suggestions

Hi, hope you're good, i got a little issue to tell you about sadmin.

1. the little issue is for noclip, sure there is a noclip option in the command list, but there is no command to disable the noclip for the selected player.

2. suggestions to implement :

• The setjob command requiert job id and not the job name (by a list for example), and i think it can be more simple to select the job in a list rather than find the job id.
• Add the force lockdown / unlockdown command.
• command to set envent position, activate and desactivate event spawn.
• command to show steamid, stamid64.
