How to update Nextcloud

The Ash history gets stored by default in Alpine Linux. Therefore it has to be deleted first as the Nextcloud updater does not like non-Nextcloud files to be stored in the Nextcloud directory:

rm ~/.ash_history; php updater/updater.phar
```
