Styles are broken after each autoupgrade #8

Good day.
Everytime WordPress updates the plugin I loose my styles I defined in WP-Paginate.CSS.
It seems autoupdate overwrites it. Is there any way to use custom styles so they will not be overwritten but keep plugin up to date?
