tag_update without it adding new trackers to config

'tag_update: true' is working, but I don't want qbit_manage to add new tags to config.yml that I haven't included:
Config Warning: tracker->XYZ sub-attribute tag not found
XYZ sub-attribute tag added to config
Torrent Name: 123
New Tag: XYZ
Tracker: udp://XYZ

I then tried leaving 'tag: ' empty, but qbit_manage fills in the tag again on the next run.

Discussion #587 describes the same problem, but I don't want to use 'cat_update: true'.
