Lots of changes in this new release.

• Implemented improved logging (with colors!)
• The arguments are now split between run and plot
  • There were plenty of changes to the way arguments are handled, so this will break backwards compatibility.
• Lots of plotting fixes
• Improved sanity checks stop the user from entering input file errors
• General bugfixes and interface polish.

This is a .0 version, so please report any bugs you find.

This release adds a couple of bugfixes related to plots on MavericK runs.

In the 0.3 series, Structure_threader brings some news.
MavericK is now fully supported, including plotting.

Plots also have a few news - In addition the the .svg file produced with matplotlib, Structure_threader now also produces a new dynamic and interactive HTML plot, using the library plotly.
Documentation is a bit behind schedule, but will get there eventually.

This new version implements a MavericK wrapper.
It still does not plot it's results, but that should change in v0.3.0

In this release the --min_K option was removed and anew option -K-list was made available instead. This should allow running any arbitrary values of "K".

Structure_threader now supports plotting from data built with the "USEPOPINFO" flag set from STRUCTURE.
This was the last feature/bugfix required to hit the 0.2 milestone, so here it is - the end of Roadkill release cycle and into Smackdown.
