Add "hold on" / "wait" / "just a sec" command

Sometimes you may summon Dicio only to realize you need to gather your thoughts a bit more before giving it a command.  For this reason, a "hold on" command will be useful.  That command will keep Dicio active and listening, but give you more time to speak a valid command.  Synonyms can include "wait", "just a sec", etc.
