Open app or Call skills do not work with non-latin app names or contact names

I have switched Dicio to recognize Russian. Vosk recognizes the word "open" ("otkroj") just well but then comes the name of the app. Vosk tries to recognize english "NewPipe" as a russian word and fails. 
Trying to call someone whose name is written in latin fails too.
