Error when attempting to rename server

After adding my server, it is called "New Server". When I try to rename it I can't because of this error:

"New Server" couldn't be moved to "Covers" because an item with the same name already exists.
To save the file, either provide a different name, or move aside or delete the existing file, and try again.

Looks like a bug if something already exists with that path. Check the ~/Music/Submariner/Covers directory for a directory with the same server name. Rename/remove it, and it should allow it to work.

The fix in Submariner would be to either get the conflicting directory out of the way or to move the contents of the old directory, not sure which makes more sense. Or store a UUID instead. (It might also be a better idea to get out of the way of the filesystem and store covers in Core Data, but I'm not sure how expensive that could get...)
