Respect server ordering for playlists

Could to be related to #97

My smart playlists in Navidrome are ordered in a certain way and I'd like to have this same song order in Submariner.

Currently I have to pick some kind of sorting in the app where server order doesn't seem like one of the options.

Would it be possible to add this? Adding a column in playlist view (i.e. '#') which would mean "sort the way server returned the items" would be excellent.

It does keep the sort order, but if you do sort the table, it basically hides the playlist's actual track order. To work around this, you can reset the sort order with defaults delete fr.read-write.Submariner "NSTableView Sort Ordering v2 PlaylistTable", but this should be done in a nicer way.

Thanks, this does work although now I have to consciously stop myself from ever clicking on the sorting buttons on the playlist header. :)
