Describe the issue.
I was able to swim up to him and scan him before meeting the female in the containment facility. He was very fast and hard to scan but he did not attempt to kill me or my cyclops at any point, despite literally running into him with the cyclops at one point. He did spew fire once as I was scanning him, but otherwise ignored me.
