Has anyone used SE to learn a foreign language?
It has all the features/functions to learn a language.

3. Auto Repeat (translate mode max. 9 times, please CAN I INCREASE REPEAT TIMES TO 100?)

6. Auto translate with AI (my case: a free Deepseek)

You can use Autohotkey to do something you like. I don't do repeating 100 times, but it can loop lines all the time, loop previous line and next line. I think that's good enough for repeat.

yes! I am learning how to read and comprehend Japanese this way. Of all things to learn from, i didn't think it would be a Japanese drama from 5 decades ago! lol
