How can i fix these single line OCR dialog seperators?

Who are you? I -- I'm the egg carrier. <no clue how to fix this, im assumeing OCR was /--

- Sam! / I -- What's going on?

I would guess i would do multi replace? I would like it to split to seperate lines but with timing im not sure its the correct move because of how fast both speakers might be in a sentence.

What i assume i should do. (note there are spaces before/after to catch correctly) one space for readablity here. Also dunno if i should use
or the \n\r??

... i dont know how to format the above, but there is small breaks after my > aligators

Solution was to change everything to single dash with breaks and the common fix for adding dashes to missing dialog.
