Support for Solarized colourschemes and/or hex RGB colour input. #336

It would be good to have support for Solarized Colourschemes https://ethanschoonover.com/solarized/
Of course, I could just be missing the obvious option, so feel free to redirect me to where I should look.
I have found that there was some way to change some colours within the settings. However, I found it difficult to work out what the colours actually were (I think it was only background, not foreground), and to enter specific ones.
So, while Solarized might be a stretch, it would be good to be able to choose background/font colours specifically, and enter them as hex codes. It might also make sense to have different schemes for day and night (rather than just swapping the colours).
