Missing “Print as PDF” Feature and Per-Module PDF Control in SuiteCRM

Feature

Add a built-in “Print as PDF” action for core modules (e.g., Opportunities, Cases, Accounts, Contacts) in SuiteCRM and provide a setting in the SuiteCRM Admin panel to enable or disable PDF printing on a per-module basis.

Context

The community request of an administrative control to globally or selectively enable/disable PDF download/print capabilities per module. This would give administrators improved flexibility over document accessibility and workflow configuration, without requiring custom code or third-party extensions.

In the current platform behavior, users often need to apply manual workarounds or custom development to achieve PDF-export functionality for modules that do not show this option by default. The inclusion of a native PDF print/export feature — with optional admin controls — would standardize the experience across modules and improve usability.
