Pip and conda generally work together ok, but since you already have a conda dependency because of the RDKit, why not just provide a conda package for cocktail-shaker?

Ya that makes sense, I'll read into the docs in how to make this a conda package. Primary reason for not making it a conda installable was a time factor, but moving forward I'll add it to the roadmap this year.
