Removing end of support date to reschedule for a further date in the near future.

Purpose of this pull request

This pull request will remove the end of support date temporarily as we push the EOL through the new process and come up with a new date.

Select the type of change

• Update Content - Revisions, updating sections
• New Content - New features, sections, pages, tutorials
• Site and Tools - .clabot, version updates, maintenance, dependencies, new packages for the site (Docusaurus, Gatsby, React, etc.)
