MessageFormatterFunc support missing from LoggerOptions published nuget package v.1.0.1.3 #100

Greetings,
The latest version of the Sumologic.Logging.AspNetCore nuget package appears to be v1.0.1.3 from nuget.org. Looking at the releases this looks like the last release published as well.
The v1.0.1.3 version does not support the MessageFormatterFunc parameter of the LoggerOptions class. Do you know when a new version of the Sumlogic.Logging.AspNetCore nuget package will be published that includes support for MessageFormatterFunc?
Do you have recommended workarounds to get JSON data into logged messages without this in the mean time?
