[Bug]: Rooted Forest worldmap does not fade out #3659

Expected Behavior

Any travel transition between story mode worlds has a fade-out and a fade-in.

Actual Behavior

Leaving Rooted Forest to enter Icy Island does not have a fade-out.
(on the other hand, entering Icy Island from Rooted Forest does have a fade-in, and going the other way has both a fade-out and a fade-in)

Steps To Reproduce Actual Behavior

  1. Be on Rooted Forest.
  2. Go to Icy Island by traveling on the worldmap.
  3. Observe there is only the fade-in upon appearing on Icy Island.
  4. Go back to Rooted Forest by traveling on the worldmap for comparison.
