Add fonts and GPU convert select

Need FOT-Seurat Pro font like genshin UI
Then i suggest programe have an GPU render and convert for faster:v

To add your font: Just install the ttf file and it will appear in the list.
Genshin font can be found in the game files (read the Readme)

Made a render on GPU in 9.0. Try it out!
I also need to test if this works on an AMD video card. Does anyone have one?
