Could you tell me or point me to information on the system requirements for nut_webgui?
Would it be better to run nut_webgui and NUT on two separate servers?

  • x86-64 (does not support 32-bit hardware. No technical limitation. I just didn't bother compiling it to 32-bit.)
  • ARMv6,
  • ARMv7,
  • ARM64/v8 (aarch64),
  • RISCV-64
• OS
  • Linux (kernel >= 4.4)
• Linked dynamic libraries:
  • None
• Disk size
  • Executable and static files are only ~7MiB in size
• RAM usage
  • It typically uses 4MiB RAM under normal usage and it can peak around ~16 MiB RAM during extreme cases. (stress tested with bombardier).
• Container images (Docker/Podman/K8s)
  • Any OCI compliant container runtime should work.

Both single and separate server options are valid. If you want to use separate server, the primary consideration is ensuring that your server topology can maintain network connectivity when systems are powered only by UPS devices.
