[Proposal] UI/UX Improvements for Better Visual Hierarchy and Accessibility

🎨 Problem Statement

While exploring Sukoon, I noticed several UI/UX areas that could be enhanced to improve user experience and accessibility.

🔍 Issues Identified

1. Low Contrast: Some text elements have insufficient contrast against backgrounds, affecting readability
2. Color Scheme: The current color palette could be more cohesive and aligned with the mental health/wellness theme
3. Visual Hierarchy: Important elements don't stand out clearly, making navigation less intuitive
4. Consistency: Spacing, typography, and component styles vary across pages

💡 Proposed Improvements

• Implement a cohesive color palette with proper contrast ratios (WCAG AA compliance)
• Establish clear visual hierarchy using typography scale and spacing
• Improve component consistency across the application
• Add subtle animations/transitions for better user engagement
