Add ability to load cover image from a path #1851

In details.json. Or at least load the first image inside the subfolder.
I think it's such a waste to have a copy of a image to be used as cover. If you are archiving things and have 1000 items, that's 500MB wasted (assuming 500kb per image). It may not be much nowadays, but it's still a waste.
