Database - Set up Postgres and boilerplate for Prisma

• Set up a Postgres database for JokeAPI
  • Make sure access and linux account / ownership stuff is secure
  • Create backups of all JokeAPI related data every day
    • Encrypt the backups (see this)
    • Replicate them to a backup server (depending on size either my mail VPS or my home NAS)
• Set up Prisma boilerplate
  • Update / verify boilerplate
