GitHub severity ratings

We have changed our local copy to use
properties: {
'security-severity': cvss,

This causes GitHub to show severity according to CVWW like High / Medium / ...

With that field added, the previous ranking like error are no longer shown.

For the PR associated with this field, would you prefer it to be controlled by a new parameter (give users choice of which ranking) or just the code and skip parameter?
