Weird behaviour with the resource pool dropdown list

This is from reports from @sambuc and @mohammad-alisafaee .

under safari/mac it is not possible to scroll down to the bottom of the list of resourcepools when it is longer than the modal dialogue box when we want to modify a launcher

the scrollbar appear, but I can't got to the last options with the scroll-wheel or arrows.

It acts a bit weird. I can scroll but cannot select the last one; I need to select the last possible one first and a second time, I can select the last one.
indeed if I select one of the options, then I can re-open the list and now the list is like stuck taking the whole dialog, but I can select the last options:

I wanted to make an issue directly from this. But I suppose the idea is that it should first be a discussion.

Exactly. This is the best way (even though you could make an issue). In the past, we had a number of non-actionable issues reported by users and duplicated issues from non-UI developers. The discussion should prevent that by having a UI maintainer check it before making the issue, or updating existing issues

I'll check into that; we occasionally have inconsistencies in how Safari behaves and we don't run tests on it.

In the end, it was a one-line change, so making the PR was faster than describing everything in an issue :D
