Schema for Scientific Metadata

There's currently no way to grab the schema for scientific metadata from the dataset, because we still rely on /api/v3 endpoint, which doesn't have property for schema in it's dto.
Follwoing that we cannot show the questionnaire for dataset within the depositor without having ingestor depedency.
