Fields are skipped when cycling through timed event form

Prerequisites

• Using an up-to-date main branch

Expected Behavior

TAB cycles through all fields in the form

Current Behavior

The end time input and description fields are being skipped

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open timed form
2. TAB until the focus gets to the timed inputs
3. Notice that it never makes it to the end input
