Add welcome dialog for new users

Feature Description

When a new user goes to the app for the first time, they should see a dialog that includes the following:

• A heading that says "Compass is a minimal planner and to-do app"
• A "Start Now" button, which closes the dialog
• A "Log in" button, which redirects to the login URL
• A section titled "Follow for updates" and social buttons:

• A footer with other links:
  • Changelog: https://changelog.compasscalendar.com/
  • GitHub: https://github.com/SwitchbackTech/compass
  • LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/compass-calendar
  • Blog: https://www.compasscalendar.com/blog

Use Case

This will let new users get a quick overview of the app without blocking them.

• Does not render if it is a returning user
