Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

• Having one universal control scheme makes it difficult to play games across all consoles and libraries. Having the ability to set controls per console makes it much easier to play games with ideal control schemes.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Being able to change control schemes and set per core/game would make this emulator even better.
